1800 numbers (also known as Toll Free/Free Call numbers)

The caller: FREE from any fixed line phone (including Voip) anywhere in Australia.
If the caller is using a mobile phone, they will pay a rate that is determined by their mobile service provider.

1300 numbers (often known as Local Call numbers)

Calls to a 1300 number from a local landline caller are FREE for up to 15 minutes.

The caller: only pays a normal local call fee from any fixed line phone anywhere in Australia. If the caller is using a mobile phone, they will pay a rate that is determined by their mobile service provider.

Account Holder: up to the first 15 minutes are a FREE bonus for calls originating from a local fixed line phone and answering on your fixed landline (including VoiP). After these FREE minutes, our low call rates apply.
